Launched in 2003, it is the primary channel through which the professional market is able to distribute investment information, process transactional data and receive up-to-the-minute industry news, all within a dynamic and secure environment. PropexProfessional is used by the UK's major investment funds, institutions and property companies.
PrimePitch was formed in 2001 and has grown to become the UK's largest single trading platform and marketing support service for the private property investment market Over £400 million of property investment is marketed through the platform every year. PrimePitch also provides a comprehensive range of online marketing solutions for both investment agencies and private investors.
Shopproperty is the UK's No. 1 website providing full details of available shop units. Shopproperty was launched in 2001 and it is the largest open-access database of available shops, used by all of the main UK retail agents.
Owing to its unique relationship with Experian GOAD, it is the only listing website in the UK with GOAD street-trader plans.
